Terms of Use
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Vplay Games Ltd ("we") about the game ChikiDoku. By playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country) to play.
The game
We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to install and play the game for your own enjoyment, not for business. The game, its puzzles, artwork, sounds and code belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Please do not copy, modify or redistribute them, and do not try to extract the game's code or data, except where the law allows it.
Your guest profile
When you use online features the game creates a guest profile that belongs to this installation of the app. If you delete the app or lose the device, you lose access to that profile and its progress, and we cannot restore it. You are responsible for what happens on your device.
Fair play
- Do not cheat: no bots, solvers, modified apps or other tools that play for you or give you an unfair advantage in the Daily Egg or in matches against other players.
- Do not interfere with the game's servers or with other players' games, and do not exploit faults. If you find a fault, please tell us.
- Do not use a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, or that pretends to be another person or our staff.
To keep the game fair we may reset a display name, remove results from leaderboards, change ratings, or suspend or close a profile that breaks these rules. Match results are decided by our servers and are final.
Coins, gems and other game items
Coins, gems, eggs, buildings and every other item in the game are part of the game. They have no value in real money, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and we may change how they work to keep the game balanced. Nothing in the game can currently be bought with real money.
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove parts of the game, and we may stop running the online features or the whole game. Online features can be interrupted for maintenance; a match that is running at that moment is cancelled and nobody's rating changes. The game is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of faults.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for lost game progress, items or ratings. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be given up by agreement.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your profile (Settings, then "Delete my account and data") and the app. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, linked at the top of this page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Vplay Games Ltd is established. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
